The Décor Ministry volunteers use their talents and gifts to create and enhance a beautiful, welcoming, and worshipful environment that reflects Christian love, glorifies God and reflects His beauty. The Décor Ministry coordinates flowers, greenery, pictures, and furniture to ensure a fresh, inviting, and cheerful atmosphere in the sanctuary, foyer, classrooms, fellowship hall, bathrooms, and other areas as designated. The ministry provides leadership and coordinates the type and timing of seasonal décor transitions.
The ministry supports and coordinates the décor for corporate-wide church events and the various events sponsored by the church’s ministries. Corporate and seasonal décor is funded through the Décor Ministry budget, and other ministry events are supported as designated in their ministry budget. The ministry collaborates with the Trustee Ministry’s building and ground committee in selecting the décor for various church facilities and remodeling projects.
